Vous traverserez les villages historiques du pays Hui, connu pour ses merveilleux terroirs, son architecture vernaculaire et sa porcelaine. Cette travers\u00e9e du Fujian, dans le Midi de la Chine, vous emm\u00e8ne notamment dans la r\u00e9gion de Anxi, sur les terres d\u2019origine du Tieguanyin. De march\u00e9s en villages, vous tentez d\u2019identifier les nombreux cultivars et de percer les secrets de fabrication des wulong, cette famille de th\u00e9s bleu-vert parmi les plus complexes et les plus embl\u00e9matiques de Chine.
